Song of the lost child is part of a series of performances ‘Lullaby of Lost’. This performance is conceived to understand the kind of inter-relationships that are evoked between body and space. It questions and resists narratives that favor exotic and nationalistic rhetoric through which the Kashmiri landscape and the body are seen. This performance included an object (stone sculpture) around which a story of a young Kashmiri kid is woven. The story is narrated through sound and gestures.
