‘Posts to Srinagar’ was an online collaborative initiative that intended to send postcards to Kashmir. Over a period of time, a number of messages were collected from those who wished to connect to people in Kashmir when the communication ban was imposed. A growing anxiety to connect and communicate led to the formation of an Instagram profile and through a public call, a number of messages were received and postcards were sent out. In this manner, a digital archive of it was also formed.
